Help beginner input csv on python

Hello everybody,
I have to do a python project but i am beginner and this is the first time i see it.
I posted what i have to do.
if you have any advice to pass the first part because I can't import my csv file in python.

From the documents, we see that this is a homework for the french Kedge Business School. Read the help topic about homework to learn about this forum's position regarding homework.

You can find help from members but only if you show effort. I'm sure your teacher told you about importing csv files with the pandas module. Use what you were taught in class!
